FETHUB DOES NOT PROVIDE TAX ADVICE – PLEASE SEEK ADVICE FROM A QUALIFIED TAX PROFESSIONAL IN YOUR JURISDICTION

Introduction: This document sets out FetHub’ Tax Policy (“Policy”). This Policy explains FetHub approach to compliance with global Tax laws and regulation and when, why, and how FetHub will charge Tax on Fan Payments and Creators Earnings.

Please carefully read this Policy in full. Here are a few key things to note:
FetHub is not responsible for advising Users on their Tax affairs.
FetHub is not liable for any non-payment of Tax by Creators, or for their compliance with applicable Tax laws or regulations.
As part of a Fan Payment, FetHub may charge an amount equal to any form of Tax.
FetHub may be required by law to provide local tax authority with information regarding Creator Earnings or Fan Payments on FetHub.

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in your FetHub account being closed or suspended.

Interpretation: Unless specifically defined in this Policy, the meanings given to words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meanings in this Policy. This Policy forms part of your legal agreement with us.

FetHub Tax Compliance: FetHub is a global business and we comply with the applicable Tax laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate. FetHub may make changes to this Policy at any time, without Notice, to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulations, or to address any impact to us, our Users, or to relevant third parties.

User Tax Compliance: General By using FetHub you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own Tax affairs.

You are responsible for providing FetHub with accurate tax and contact information. FetHub is not responsible for any failure by you to keep your information up to date.

FetHub is not responsible for advising you on your Tax affairs. FetHub is not liable for any general Tax information provided on FetHub .

Creators:
General Tax Compliance You are responsible for ensuring that you make any necessary Tax fillings, and pay any Tax due on your Creator Earnings on FetHub.

FetHub is not liable for any non-payment of Tax by Creators, or for their compliance with applicable Tax laws or regulations.

FetHub or any Subsidiary is not responsible for advising you on your Tax affairs or liable for any general Tax information provided on FetHub or by legal@fethub.co

Depending on your country of residence, you may be required to provide FetHub with your Tax ID
If this is a requirement in your country of residence and you fail to provide FetHub with your Tax ID you will be unable to withdraw Creator Earnings.

FetHub may be required by law to provide your local tax authorities with your personal information including identity information and details of your Creator Earnings. Any data shared will be limited to what is required by law and will be shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

US Tax Compliance
If you are resident in the US, and have earned and withdrawn more than $600 USD in Creator Earnings on FetHub during the relevant tax year, you will need to submit an IRS Form 1099.
If applicable, FetHub will send you a Form 1099 to the address on your W-9 form. A digital copy of your 1099 form can be downloaded from the Banking section of your FetHub account 

UK VAT Compliance
If you are resident in the UK you may be required to register for VAT and to charge VAT on your earnings to Fenix International Limited.

If you are registered for VAT, you must provide us with a valid VAT number in the Banking section of your FetHub account 
Any VAT will be paid separately to your Creator Earnings and is the Creator’s full responsibility to pay it

Fans:
Tax and other Charges FetHub may be required to apply additional taxes or charges to Fan Payments made on the platform.
A “Tax” charge represents any form of tax and statutory, governmental charges, duties, imposts, contributions, levies, withholdings, or liabilities wherever chargeable in any applicable jurisdiction.

Any Tax applied will be clearly identified when making a Fan Payment.
Enforcement: Failure to comply with this Policy may result in your FetHub account being suspended or closed.
