This Metal "Open Wide" Gag/Hooks with Leather Strapping (adjustable) is ideal for ensuring your partner/sub/slave's mouth remains clamped wide open for X-rated possibilities. Carefully placed in the sides' of the wearers mouth, the hooks are similar to O-ring gags insofar as they prevent the wearer from being able to close their mouth, where they differ is these hooks enable the mouth to be pulled (gently) as far and wide open as possible, more so than what most O-ring gags will allow. Note: only the gag's tightness/looseness is adjustable (by way of the strapping). The actual size of the metal hooks are non-adjustable/one-size only.
